Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Get Well Experts website and any quotes, proofs, or orders for creative wellness products. By using the site or confirming a project, you agree to these terms.

Get Well Experts operates from Ontario, Canada, and serves customers primarily in Ontario and across Canada.

Quotes, proofs, and orders

Quotes are estimates based on the details you provide and may change if quantities, decoration methods, materials, timelines, or artwork change. A project becomes an order only after we confirm acceptance in writing (including email) and, where required, receive deposit or payment instructions.

Artwork proofs are provided for your review. Production begins after your written approval. You are responsible for confirming spelling, colours, placement, sizing, and brand details before approving.

Custom products

Most Get Well Experts products are made or decorated to order. Colour matching is performed carefully using the references you provide, but dye lots, materials, and decoration methods can create minor variation from screen previews or printed proofs. Those variations are not automatically considered defects.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are generally shown or quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless we state otherwise. Applicable taxes, including HST for Ontario customers and GST/HST or other taxes for other Canadian provinces or territories, will be added where required by law.

Deposits may be required before production. Final balances are due according to the payment schedule on your quote or invoice.

Customer responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, names, images, or other artwork you supply, and that our use of that artwork to fulfill your order will not infringe third-party rights. You agree to indemnify Get Well Experts against claims arising from artwork or content you provide.

Website use

This website is provided for informational and inquiry purposes. Content may be updated without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use our materials in a way that misrepresents Get Well Experts.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, Get Well Experts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or products projects. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts located in Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
