Accessibility Policy

Our commitment to accessible service under Ontario’s AODA framework and inclusive digital experiences.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

Our commitment

Get Well Experts is based in Ontario and is committed to providing goods and services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. We aim to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation as they apply to our organization.

Accessible customer service

We welcome customers who use assistive devices, service animals, or support persons. If you need help placing an inquiry, reviewing a proof, or understanding an order, tell us how we can support you and we will take reasonable steps to assist.

  • Communicate in ways that work for you where reasonably possible (email, phone, or other agreed formats)
  • Accept feedback about accessibility barriers and respond in a timely way
  • Train team members who interact with the public on accessible customer service expectations

Website accessibility

We design this website with accessibility in mind, including keyboard focus styles, skip links, semantic structure, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. We continue to improve contrast, alternatives for non-text content, and form clarity.

If you encounter a barrier on our website, please contact us with the page URL and a description of the issue. We will work to provide the information in an accessible format or remediate the barrier as quickly as reasonably possible.

Feedback process

Accessibility feedback can be sent to hello@getwellexperts.com. Please include your preferred contact method. We will acknowledge feedback and follow up with next steps.
