Where we ship

Get Well Experts is based in Ontario, Canada. We regularly ship across Ontario and to other Canadian provinces and territories. International shipping may be available on request and will be confirmed on your quote.

Production vs. transit time

Custom products requires production and decoration time before shipping. The timeline on your quote covers estimated production plus typical transit. Transit begins after quality checks and handoff to the carrier.

Rush options may be available depending on product, decoration method, and capacity. Rush fees and revised dates will be confirmed before you approve.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping method and cost depend on destination, package size/weight, and requested speed. Options and fees appear on your quote or invoice. Local pickup in Ontario may be offered when arranged in advance.

Deliveries within Canada are typically handled through major national carriers. Tracking information is provided when available.

Duties, taxes, and address accuracy

Canadian orders include applicable taxes as required. For any approved international shipment, customs duties, brokerage, and import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Please confirm your shipping address carefully. Re-delivery fees caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.

Risk of loss and delays

Title and risk of loss generally pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where Ontario or Canadian law requires otherwise for consumer purchases. Carrier delays caused by weather, peak seasons, labour disruptions, or customs are outside our direct control; we will help track and escalate where possible.

Damaged in transit

If a package arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact hello@getwellexperts.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will help coordinate a carrier claim and replacement options.
